Buying my first car

Came in with a bad credit score, first time buyer, 23 years old, spoke with Chris about a 350Z I had been eyeing. Gave it to me straight up with my situation, I had a good downpayment and kind of a junker to trade in. Got me financed at a reasonable rate through a bank and took my trade in on top of my payment for what I wanted to sell the car for. I drove off the lot with my first of many dream cars. Unbelievably satisfied and surprised with the awesome service and straightforwardness of the company. I work in sales and understand sales tactics and how slimy some individuals can be. I will be coming back to purchase again.

One of the easiest car buying transactions I've had the pleasure of experiencing.
The car that was advertised was EXACTLY as it was advertised and the price as advertised. I've discovered that to be a very rare occurrence, amongst most other local car dealers, in the Phoenix Metro area.
The staff was very friendly and bonus points for being dog lovers (they have a gorgeous, well mannered dog, on site).
No haggle, no muss, no fuss. We inspected it, drove it, decided to buy it and wrote the paperwork up and drove it home. Easy-peasy.
They have a lot of vehicles on site and wide selection, but we knew specifically which one we wanted and only looked at the one we found advertised, on Craigslist.
I would definitely buy from them, again.

Found an xterra here after having no luck anywhere else. I drove from west valley near closing and jay stayed late to accommodate me after closing and was very nice about it. Quick test drive and 15 min after I got back, the xterra was mine. Love the aero dr and selection. Great car so far and look forward to buying from here again. Il also say they got me financed when most wouldn't even talk to me. Loved jays dog too. Official mascot who welcomes all.....Thanks jay!!!!!

This dealership was awesome great family owned and operated. Great customer service gave the price range I wanted to spend and what type of car I want and was surprised at how many selection o had. Special shot out to Ron and the young lady works there (sorry forgot her name)but they we wonder I walked out with a 2004 dodge durango with less than 80k miles and it runs like a champ. I truly would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience at Town and Country! I am a second-time car buyer (first time, bought new; second time, wanted a more expensive model that I couldn't afford new), but was dreading the process of dealing with a "used car salesman." I can truly say purchasing through Town and Country (Ron and Jay were my salesmen) was a pleasurable experience. I am very rarely inclined to write a Yelp review, but I feel these folks deserve it. I will refer all of my friends to Town and Country Motors.

I was looking for a Tundra for a fairly long time. Town and Country Motors really helped me find the right one. The correct model and price, they called me to let me know. My favorite part is that I did not feel the typical high pressure sales tatcis that I could not stand from other dealers. With all the online price comparissons I know I got an amazing deal. It's been 3 years and 50k miles later and my truck is still running strong so I konw their mechanics did a great job checking over the truck.
